HOUSE BILL NO. 219 by Representative Kawasaki, entitled:                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
    "An Act requiring that light bulbs sold or offered for sale in the                                                          
    state for certain uses must have a certain light output for each unit                                                       
    of energy, and requiring labeling of noncomplying light bulbs; and
